RICHARD A. SAUGET

Annie Sauget-Miller graduated from Spring Hill College (Mobile, AL) in 1999 with a degree in Communications. Continuing her schooling in graphic and interior design, Ms. Miller entered her family's business activities in 2000. She served as graphic and interior/exterior design coordinator for East County Enterprises, Inc.'s current office building complex. Ms. Miller is also East County Enterprises, Inc.'s Facility Manager and Marketing Strategist for many of the properties held under the corporation as well as the corporations' personnel coordinator. She is a founding participant of Archview Economic Development Corporation and is active in its leadership, membership growth and community activities.

ANNIE SAUGET-MILLER

Jay Dinkelmann, CPA, CFP, graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a BS in Accounting and is the Chief Finical Officer of East County Enterprises, Inc. Beginning his partnership with Richard Sauget in 1991. Mr. Dinkelmann has been an integral part of the development and marketing strategies used in the Economic growth of the East County area. Mr. Dinkelmann also is an Economic Development Director who has been recognized for many awards including a SWIDA "Outstanding Development of the Year Award" for the development of the Sauget Business Park.

Richard A. Sauget is the founder and president of East County Enterprises, Inc., a real estate management company that has been in business in the East County Area of the St. Louis Region area development for the past 35 years. As Chairman of the Board of Touchette Regional Hospital and member of the Kenneth Hall Regional Hospital Board of Directors, Mr. Sauget has been instrumental in developing and expanding healthcare services to low income families in the Southwestern Illinois area. Mr. Sauget also played a key role in the development of Archview Economic Corporation. In addition to serving on the board of TRH, Mr. Sauget is the Chairman of the St. Clair County Building Commission and is a member of the Regional Chamber and Growth Association, Regional Business Council, and Lambert Airport Board. Following a career in professional baseball with both the Atlanta Braves and San Francisco Giants, Mr. Sauget continues to be involved in the sport as the Managing Partner of the Gateway Grizzlies.
